We specialize in business orders, so pricing is built on volume. Promotional items start at 24 pieces per item and awards at 10. Per-piece prices step down at 50, 100, and 250+ pieces, and setup is spread across more units as quantities rise. Single personalised gifts are in our online Shop.

2. Free digital proof — See your logo on every product, with colours, placement and pricing, before anything is made. Physical samples on request.
3. Made in our shop — We engrave and print in Sherwood Park, with quality checks on every run.
4. Delivered — Shipped to one address, split across locations, or packed as kits for individual recipients.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
What is the minimum order?
24 pieces per item for promotional products, and 10 for awards. Pricing improves at 50, 100 and 250+ pieces. Single personalised gifts are available in our Shop.
Do you decorate in-house?
Yes. Laser engraving and full-colour UV printing are done in our Sherwood Park shop, which is why most orders turn around quickly. If an item needs a method we don't run in-house, we'll say so on your quote along with its timeline.
How long does a bulk order take?
Most orders are ready 5-7 business days after proof approval. Tell us your in-hands date and we'll confirm before you approve.
Can I mix sizes and colours in one order?
Sizes can be within an item, and colours usually can too. We'll confirm any limits on your quote.
Do you offer proofs and samples?
Every order gets a free digital proof. Physical samples are available on request for larger orders.
What file should I send for my logo?
Vector (AI, EPS, SVG or PDF) is best — you can upload it with the quote form. If you only have a PNG or JPG, our team can convert it.
